Accommodation
Camp Manyung features two areas of accommodation to suit groups ranging in size from 10 to 160 people. Recently constructed at Camp Manyung is the new architecturally designed main camp accommodation capturing stunning views across Port Phillip Bay and providing a high level of comfort.
Main Camp Accommodation (sleeps 140)
The new accommodation consists of 8 individual cottages and a Leaders lodge linked together by a common boardwalk and native gardens that surrounds a central courtyard.
The 8 Cottages:
- Each cottage features 2 bedrooms which opens directly onto the boardwalk - a total of 16 bedrooms
- Each spacious bedroom sleeps 6 people in bunks. These rooms can be increased to 8 per room on request
- Each bedroom contains its own bathroom with toilet, shower and 2 hand basins

- Each bedroom is fully carpeted and includes a bag storage area, heating and air conditioning
The Leaders Lodge:
- The leaders lodge contains 4 bedrooms (sleeping a total of 12 people)
- Each bedroom shares 2 adjoining bathrooms with toilet, shower and hand basins
[ Manyung Leaders Lodge Floorplan ] - The leaders lodge is ideally located, with large glass windows providing excellent supervision from the lounge area to each of the 8 cottages
- The leaders lounge at one end opens onto a private deck capturing the best views across Port Phillip Bay whilst the opposite end of the lounge opens onto the courtyard
- The Leaders kitchenette provides an area for refreshment and storage
- Each bedroom is fully carpeted and includes a bag storage area, heating and air conditioning
Large groups may request the use of "Regatta House" in addition to the main camp accommodation, enabling group sizes up to 160 people.
Regatta House (sleeps 20 people):
Suitable for small groups from 10 - 20 campers, Regatta House is located at the rear of the campsite. Set amongst the Tea Tree and separated from the rest of the camp, this fully carpeted lodge is an ideal small group venue for meetings, workshops, team building exercises or weekend retreats, popular for corporate groups, families and small school groups.
- 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 20 campers
- 3 bathrooms
- Large open plan lounge and dining room seating up to 20 people
- Kitchen/servery, all meals are prepared by the camp kitchen and delivered to Regatta House for serving
- Fully heated and air conditioned
- Conferencing equipment available, including TV/Video
- Outdoor paved BBQ area with tables and chairs
- Outdoor campfire circle in surrounding bush setting
Regatta House will be extended during 2007/2008 to include an additional 4 bedrooms (sleeping an extra 16 people), 2 bathrooms and Recreation room. In total Regatta House will sleep up to 36 people, with separate dining and recreating rooms all contained under the one roof.
