Our lakeview apartments and conference centre accommodation buildings are perfect for larger groups, while The Lodge offers a cosy home base for smaller ones. Rooms come in a range of sizes, mostly bunk-bed style, and many include ensuites.

Between activities, your group can relax and reconnect in our recreation and breakout areas.

Want to bring your group even closer to nature? Choose to camp in tents beneath the stars for an unforgettable outdoor adventure.

We also offer wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms so that everyone can enjoy their stay.

Meet Bryce – Manager at Lake Dewar

With nearly 23 years at the Y, including 2.5 years managing Lake Dewar, Bryce is a true veteran of the outdoors. What keeps him inspired? Seeing the delight and excitement on visitors' faces as they experience the magic of nature at Lake Dewar.

When he’s not at camp, Bryce is all about the great outdoors. His favorite pastime is sharing his love for nature with his family, especially his two young daughters, and creating unforgettable adventures together.

Julien - Program Coordinator

Julien has been with the Y for five years, sharing his passion for the outdoors and inspiring young people to try new experiences. A big sports fan, he loves watching AFL and cheering on his favourite teams.

Meg - Trainee

Meg has been with the Y for six months, bringing her creative energy and passion for hiking, cooking, gardening, and art to everything she does. She loves the fun, supportive team she works with and takes pride in making every moment memorable.

Ella - Trainee

Ella has spent six months at the Y, sharing her love for working outdoors and creating meaningful experiences for young people. With a passion for netball, horse riding, and running, she brings energy and enthusiasm to every day.
