Whether you're looking for a wildlife adventure or eco-friendly break for your school or group, Mt Evelyn Discovery Camp is the camp for you.
Mt Evelyn offers flexible accommodation for large groups. We can accommodate approximately 130 people. We require a minimum group size of 50 campers for all weekends and school holiday periods.
Our accommodation is in one central building and is split across two floors - offering a unique and comfortable camp experience.
Our accommodation block features:
- rooms suitable for 2 to 13 people
- air conditioning
- central heating
- dining room
- kitchen
- lounge area with fireplace
- shared and accessible bathroom facilities
- separate male and female accommodation wings.
Upper level accommodation
The upper level accommodation looks out over the camp and has two wings. It sleeps up to 92 people in beds, but we have extra mattresses and trundle beds available to accommodate more.
The upper level features:
- 13 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people each (in beds)
- bunk bed style rooms
- extra trundle beds and mattresses available
- centrally located amenities
- balcony overlooking the camp.
Ground floor accommodation
The lower level accommodation sleeps up to 35 people in beds and is ideal for groups with accessibility requirements.
This accommodation features:
- 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people each (in beds)
- bunk bed style rooms
- centrally located amenities
- closer access to the dining room and kitchen
- wheelchair access, including shower and toilet.
